When you use Style Formula™, we collect the photos you upload (one headshot and one full-body photo), your email address if you provide it, and basic payment information processed through Stripe. We do not have access to your full card number or CVV at any point.
Your photos are used solely to generate your Style Formula analysis. They are processed immediately and deleted as soon as your analysis is complete. We do not store your photos, we do not share them with third parties, and they are not used to train any AI models. If you have questions about a specific photo you uploaded, contact us and we will confirm its deletion.
If you provide your email address, we use it to send you your analysis results, order confirmation, and occasional updates about Style Formula™. We do not sell your email address to third parties. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send.
We use anonymous analytics to understand how visitors use the site — which pages they visit, how far they scroll, and where they drop off. This data is aggregated and not tied to individual identities. We use cookies to keep you logged in to your account. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
Your account data (email address, analysis results) is stored securely on servers in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS compliant.
You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. If you are located in the European Union, you have additional rights under GDPR, including the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and the right to data portability.
